Description Your responsibilitiesParticipate at Risk reviews for the responsible region and ensure that, all the risks have been identified and assessed: mitigation actions have been defined at the tendering stageParticipate in project reviews and transfer Lessons Learnt from project execution within HUB/Region to new tendersDrive ERM activities, and integrate ERM with Business RM Operate an effective internal control frameworkIncrease collaboration between HUBs, educate / provide training on Risk Management Your background Operational: to assess the knowledge and expertise of Risk Management process and HE Framework and ToolBusiness knowledge, divided into: i) Technical, to review the level of knowledge of the Business, i.e. Product and/or Service, and ii) Execution, to assess the "holistic view capacity" of Risk manager when it comes to real life executionBehavioral: to secure fulfillment of the Function targets, supporting the business and granting change/improvement approach to meet Stakeholders expectationsEducational background: Engineering / Commercial, / Legal, /FinanceWorking experience (+10 years) #J-18808-Ljbffr
