ResponsibilitiesAssists in gathering insights on customers and market needs for regional and global teams.Supports understanding of regional business strategy, local market trends, competitive insights, personas, and buyer experiences, aiding the team in planning and budgeting.Contributes to local-level planning and interlock: brand activation, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, message development, and marketing mix (5%).Supports alignment of tactical plans to business goals (5%).Assists in executing demand generation program tactics: inbound and outbound marketing, strategic communication, content production, agency management, project management, social marketing, SEO/SEM, event marketing, MAP/CRM programs, and more (65%).Contributes to budgeting, measurement, analytics, and reporting to ensure visibility of business impacts resulting from team activity.Supports opportunities for growth and cost/ROI improvements.Assists in managing actuals versus budget and KPIs, allocating budgets by program/campaign.Executes based on insights to support pipeline health, conversion rates, and overall return on investment (10%).Supports sales objectives through effective communication that relies on cultural and operating norms.QualificationsWe are looking for a passionate marketing student with the following qualifications:
Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts;Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or various communication tools;Strong interpersonal and communication skills;Ability to collaborate effectively in a global multicultural context;Team Player;Basic analytical mindset.We offer a 6-month internship with a monthly reimbursement + meal voucher.
