Regional Sales Manager – Center Italy Dentsply Sirona Italia is looking for a Regional Manager for the Center Region (Lazio, Toscana, Marche, Abruzzo e Umbria).
The candidate will achieve the assigned turnover targets for his/her area of responsibility, through effective management of resources and in compliance with company procedures.
He/she will align the Regional sales organization's objectives with company business strategy through active participation in strategic planning and sales and business development strategy deployment.
Responsibilities:
Meeting/exceeding budgeted sales quota while adhering to an annual expense budget Managing the Sales Plan of his/her area Proposing suitable solutions to improve sales results Leading employees to achieve the assigned objectives Developing an accurate regional analysis of territory and customers Establishing and maintaining productive peer-to-peer relationships with customers and prospects Coordinating and conducting regional sales meetings Coordinating and setting-up major regional trade shows and clinical meetings, as needed or required Co-travelling with territory managers Recruiting, training and developing the sales team, in compliance with company policy Directly managing key customers Managing and enhancing the value of the existing customer base Identifying and acquiring new significant customers Guaranteeing maximum efficiency in the area, within the budget Delivering effective presentations to a variety of relevant audience Requirements:
