**YOUR ROLE**:
- Executes local sales plans and strategy in line with the strategy to maintain and develop existing and acquire new customers
- Conducts field, market, jobsite or store visits; follows up on store implementation/promotion, in-store stock levels, identifies gaps
- Executes pricing and promotional actions
- Set, monitor and achieve sales targets
- Maintain constant contact with customers and attending regular face-to-face meetings

**YOUR SKILLS**:
- Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
- Previous experience between a minimum of 1-2 years and a maximum of 3-4 years, as in-store account, merchandiser or sales account, preferably in a FMCG company
- Excellent analytical, organizational and negotiation skills
- Good communication skills
- Good level of English language, Italian is mandatory
