Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity, within the new in-house Beauty Division based in the HQ in Milan.
We are currently seeking a Regional Demand Planner as part of our amazing team EMEA in Milan, reporting to the Business Development & Controlling Manager EMEA.
ABOUT THE JOB Support Regional and Local teams in translating periodic forecast by year / customer / franchisee in detailed database by line/SKU/month. This role will be the main point of contact between commercial local teams and HQ supply chain department.Collect/analyse sell-in/sell-out data - shape and disseminate analyses and syntheses to help decision makers to drive business activityConducts sales analysis with multifunctional teams (supply chain, planning, go to market, commercial, finance, BI team). Combines internal & external, financial and not financial dataResponsible to update recurrent reports and create new specific ones on Clients / Business evolution and analyze the data in order to make recommendations to managementAnalyze sales evolution by comparing actual results with targets on new launched products and brandsImplementation of processes and development of tools to streamline and enhance the communication channel between HQ and the Regions.Data competency – the ideal candidate is a Microsoft Excel master. Big data programming languages (e.g. VBA and/or SQL) will be considered a plus.ABOUT YOU You have 4+ years previous experience within a similar role within a similar environmentPreferably coming from the beauty industryYou are a hands-on Business Planner and Analyst who thrives in an unstructured, face paced and creative environmentYou are proactive, have strong attention to detail, able to work independently and strive for successYou are a great communicator and build internal and external relationships easily
