Synergie Italia , a leading employment agency in Sesto San Giovanni, is looking to fill a position for our client in the medical sector: Regional Congress and Events Specialist Key Responsibilities: Develop plans, budgets, and promotional tactics for congress events. Ensure consistency and collaboration in producing congresses, following guidelines and processes. Manage sponsorship schedules and coordinate logistical requests. Oversee the entire congress process, including applications, space and hotel negotiations, meeting room arrangements, AV requirements, booth setup, vendor management, and timely delivery of products and literature. Requirements: 2-5 years' experience in congress and meeting planning in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field. Excellent English skills (C1/C2 level). Willing to travel on weekends. Strong team player and problem solver. What Can We Offer? Contract Type: One-year temporary contract. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with three days in the office and two days working from home. Location: Sesto San Giovanni (MI).
