Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide.We are looking for a REGIONAL CENTER INSTALLATION MANAGER.JOB SCOPE: Develop and maintain Installation competence and performance in the Country, to deliver Installation activities and works in line with DIS Mainline and Urban (MU) Strategy and Customer/Country/Project specific policies and in order to meet Projects QCD's targets.
Ensure the application of DIS Installation and Field Operation Process and provide all inputs for continuous improvement.
Ensure the application of EHS policies, local regulations, and professional standards.In compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards, he/she coordinates the Installation Team at Country level, especially during project execution and including:Analyze, develop, and maintain Installation works competences (Recruitment, training, …)Propose Installation recruitment and support Installation works contractor appointmentReport on resources needs and tools for the 3YP achievement as per RC Installation Manager request, alerting the Management on any resources concerns that may impact the Projects – i.e.
EHS, QCD.Ensure deployment and application of DIS Installation and FO ProcessSupport PrYM/PrSOM/PrFOM colleagues for achieving expected performance of Projects Installation QCDInterface with Region/Country Sig Installation Engineering Manager or Sig Project Installation Engineering Leaders to ensure the performance of Installation Engineering activities in line with Projects strategies (including QCD)Ensure of EHS compliance (Zero deviation) through site inspections, people assessment etc.QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS REQUIRED:Engineering degree level or equivalent educationGood experience on railway site managementCost and planning control experience in site management scopeEHS and Process management backgroundQuality-focused, rigorous, team-playerDecision-making and problem-solving abilityJOB LOCATION: We can hire in our Sites of Bologna, Florence or Rome.Mandatory requirement: availability to travel in Italy up to 3 days per week.Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow's mobility.
