In this role you will contribute to plan, develop and implement comprehensive and innovative customer focused brand plans to ensure Onco-Hematology Business Unit achieves qualitative and quantitative goals for the assigned brand, in coordination with the Brand Cross Functional team.
In this role you will:Maximize revenue and market share in the district by driving sales activity and providing leadership to the field force.Translate Amgen affiliate and brand strategy into regional plans.Analyze the sales performance of the relevant brands in the territory and identify key levers for action.Keep business unit team informed of any market changes and competitor activity relevant to strategy implementation and development.Ensure execution of the Marketing/Commercial tactics by developing territory plans (Plans Of Action - POA) with team members.Manage approved budgets to ensure appropriate allocation of resources to meet the plan and financial control.Plan, allocate and monitor team expenses budget to ensure budgetary control.Track progress of marketing messages and programs implementation.Monitor implementation of plans of action throughout sales cycles and ensure budget spend within agreed time, costs, compliance and quality parameters.Monitor, evaluate and act on field force metrics and standards to maximize sales force effectiveness from a quantitative and qualitative perspective.Build a high performing sales team by recruiting and selecting candidates and effectively onboarding new hires.Coach and motivate team members to achieve/exceed territory goals and optimize individual and team engagement.Conduct annual and ongoing performance reviews and capability assessment within the framework of Amgen's performance management process.Develop individual team members to continuously improve overall level of performance in their role and for future development.Conduct district sales meetings to guide team.Support the team members on external key customer visits as needed.AuthorityBudget spend within agreed parameters.PSR' (Product Specialist Representatives') expenses.Implementation of POA for district.PSR recruitment/disciplinary procedures.OutputsAgreed regional sales goals and other performance expectations.Administration and reporting requirements.Compliance with Amgen policies and procedures.Individual team member performance objectives.MAP – appraisal and development plans.WINHere's what it takes to WinWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
