**Job Description**:
Regional Business Manager Onco/Hema (Centro/Nord-Ovest)
- Maximizes revenue and market share in the district by driving sales activity and providing leadership to the field force
- Translates Amgen affiliate and brand strategy into regional plans
- Analyses the sales performance of the relevant brands in the territory and identifies key levers for action
- Keeps business unit team informed of any market changes and competitor activity relevant to strategy implementation and development
- Ensures execution of the Marketing/Commercial tactics by developing territory plans (Plans Of Action - POA) with team members
- Manages approved budgets to ensure appropriate allocation of resources to meet the plan and financial control
- Plans, allocates and monitors team expenses budget to ensure budgetary control
- Tracks progress of marketing messages and programs implementation
- Monitors implementation of plans of action throughout sales cycles and ensures budget spend within agreed time, costs, compliance and quality parameters
- Monitors, evaluates and acts on field force metrics and standards to maximize sales force effectiveness from a quantitative and qualitative perspective
- Coaches and motivates team members to achieve/exceed territory goals and optimize individual and team engagement
- Conducts annual and ongoing performance reviews and capability assessment within the framework of Amgen's performance management process
- Develops individual team members to continuously improve overall level of performance in their role and for future development
- Conducts district sales meetings to guide team
- Supports the team members on external key customer visits as needed

- Budget spend within agreed parameters
- PSR' (Product Specialist Representatives') expenses
- Implementation of POA for district
- PSR recruitment/ disciplinary procedures

Minimum Requirements
- >3 years track-record of success in pharmaceutical selling
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Experience with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office)
- Very good working knowledge of English, both in oral and written communication
- Relevant local legal qualification
Preferred Requirements
- 8+ years of industry experience in sales and marketing roles (hospital market)
- Proven experience of managing a team - at least 3 years
- Bachelor's degree in life science or (bio) medical sciences
- Experienced in Onco/Hema therapeutic area
- Experience in costumer engagement and multichannel
- Experience in interacting with various functions and organizational levels
- Experience in project management
- Previous experience in Marketing and/or Market Access
- Previous experience interacting with Management Team members and with International functions
- Preferably located in one of the following regions: Piemonte, Emilia Romagna, Toscana or Liguria
