We are looking for a talented, motivated and hard-working Regional Account Manager who is ready to create impact and have fun while doing it.

You will oversee the sales management activities in UK, France and Benelux area, reporting to the Commercial Director. You will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the wholesale business of menswear brands executing growth strategies and ensuring image enhancement for our collections.

Main responsibilities:

Manage the opening of new accounts and strengthen relations with existing accounts throughout the regionsDeliver strong sales growth to meet and exceed the sales targets focusing on business development and maximize on growth opportunitiesManage commercial plans for the accounts and negotiationsFollow up on customer enquiries and provide support and solutionsManage seasonal and yearly budget planning for each customerPlan, organize and manage the customers' appointments during the marketSupervise the management of sales campaigns to ensure targets are metConduct regular market visits, identifying opportunities and looking at competitors


Requirements:

At least 3 years of wholesales account management or buying experience at a multibrand retailerExcellent knowledge of English spoken and written, knowledge of French is a plusExcellent use of Microsoft Office, ExcelStrong retail and commercial acumenMarket and competitors' knowledgePersonal and professional curiosity of the retail environment and of fashion brands with an international perspectiveGood communication and negotiation skillsOrganizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teamsAvailable for frequent international travels
