Ennova Research is looking for an Administration Specialist to handle the administrative tasks related to tendering procedures, both in the public and private sectors. Responsibilities Identifying tenders and market offers through dedicated portals. Verifying requirements and feasibility. Preparing the necessary administrative documentation for participation in tender procedures in compliance with the requirements and deadlines outlined in the Tender Specifications. Monitoring deadlines and assigned schedules. Submitting tenders (electronically and/or via traditional paper submission). Monitoring the award process. Requesting access to tender-related documents. Managing procedures in case of awards, including contract signing, renewals, and provisional and definitive guarantees. Registering and updating Supplier Registers and managing accreditation with public and private entities. Required Skills Solid knowledge of the Public Procurement Code (Legislative Decree 36/2023). Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of: E-Procurement systems and the main regional procurement systems for Public Administrations. The Acquistinretepa portal of the Public Administration (MEPA – Agreements – Framework Agreements – Dynamic Acquisition System). The ANAC portal and related procedures. Requirements Degree in Law or equivalent fields (preferred). At least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably in corporate services. Soft Skills Precision, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, a collaborative attitude, and willingness to work as part of a team.
