We are looking for multiple Recruitment Support professionals on behalf of the European Space Agency (ESA) for their location in Frascati, Italy.Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries).
Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage).The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:Manage standardised communication with potential applicants ESA-wide, mainly by handling the mailbox, and in the future by taking care of the non-IT parts of new communication means such as an AI chat bot;Prepare and publish Job Requisitions using SAP SuccessFactors;Carry out initial screening of applicants according to formal criteria;Arrange job interviews and their follow-up with the relevant interview board;Manage candidates via the SAP SuccessFactors candidate pipeline, covering all statuses from new application to hired;Handle individual and specific communication with candidates;Arrange pre-recruitment security checks for selected candidates;Trigger the services of third-party suppliers (e.g.

PowerBI, Tableau), incl.
