In partnership with several Global teams I am working in finding the Best candidates in creating a strong workforce for our respective clients!
In collaboration we are working with a leading consulting firm who is looking to onboard a German-speaking Recruitment Specialist in Brixen/Bressanone.
Location: Brixen/Bressanone, Italy (on-site)
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + commission

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively search for highly qualified candidates in extensive resume databases and portfolio platforms
Creatively design and posting job ads on leading job portals and social media
Proactively reach out to industry experts to expand your network and develop a deep understanding of candidate needs
Negotiate attractive employment terms with promising applicants
Identify clients' staffing requirements and defining the ideal qualifications for open positions

REQUIREMENTS:
No previous experience or special degrees required - the employer invests in your potential
Excellent communication skills in German and English
High ambition and a proven track record of goal achievement
