For all these reasons, we are looking to hire a talented and committed Recruitment Administrator to be part of the Amazon Stores EMEA Recruiting team, and to play a critical role in delivering against Amazon's hiring requirements and contributing to the growth of the company.
Key job responsibilitiesPartner with hiring teams to build effective recruitment approaches and manage customer/partner expectations.Manage and take care of the posting of new open positions, in order to create a pipeline of potential prospects.Sift profiles for roles assigned, monitor applications, and progress candidates aligned with the basic qualifications.Check and assess job requirements for both internal and external candidates.Check candidate assessment and test results.Manage administrative tasks for offer stage, onboarding, and position closing.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSA minimum of C1 level (CEFR) in English, and B1 level in French.Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.Relevant experience in Administrative/Corporate/Customer Service environment (such as but not limited to: data entry, managing data-driven reporting, or ownership of detailed processes; solving problems whether related to customer queries or internal process issues).PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSStrong organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership.Agency and/or corporate recruiting experience including sourcing or full life cycle recruiting (such as: developing creative approaches to sourcing candidates; building and driving talent sourcing initiatives).Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
