RECRUITING TRAINING SPECIALIST - Fixed-term contract Valmet is looking for a Recruiting Training Specialist to join our team in Lucca office on a 1-year temporary contract to carry out recruiting selection and manage training activities.
After a period of handover, the role works independently to complete given tasks.
Your Key Responsibilities: Manage recruiting selection activities (recruiting briefing with hiring managers, drafting job posting, scouting, conducting interviews, updating reports and record keeping)Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions such as schools, universities.Promote School Work Alternation projects.Manage internships activation.Cooperate with the team to promote employer branding (talents attraction, participation in job and career fairs, organize and attend company presentations to student groups).Identify training needs, design and delivery training programs.Organize and perform funded, non-funded and internal training courses.Track employee's training, keep training archive and reports updated.Support employees for various work needs.Involvement in projects.Identify areas for improvement current processes, practices, then contributing to the design, development of the new solutions.Design and carry out internal surveys to investigate employee experience and engagement about different topics, and develop initiatives and projects according to the results.Lead or participate in various HR projects, development initiatives, and roll out of new or revised HR policies/processes.Contribute to the development of relevant HR policies and processes.Provide support to the managers on issues related to own field of HR specialism.Interact with external consultants and suppliers to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
Main Requirements: Degree in psychology, communications or economics followed to HR master.At least 1 year of experience in similar role.Fluent spoken and written Italian and English are mandatory.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.Problem solving skills.
