BCG Platinion is offering an exciting opportunity to join its HR department in Milan as a Recruiting & Staffing Assistant/Specialist. In this key role, you will work closely with the Leadership Team to manage and optimize recruiting and staffing processes across our BCG Platinion offices in Italy, Turkey, and Greece.
You will be responsible for the efficient allocation of consulting staff to client projects, ensuring seamless communication between HR and all relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you will oversee the entire hiring process, from candidate sourcing to final onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Managing the full recruitment process: Overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to managing interviews and contract offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Implementing effective sourcing strategies, including recruiting campaigns and leveraging digital platforms to attract top talents. Maintaining and managing recruiting databases and monitoring candidate pipelines. Engaging closely with our consulting and leadership teams to gain a deep understanding of our IT consulting business. Supporting the organization of recruiting events. Managing staffing processes: Collaborating with managers and project teams to ensure the strategic allocation of consulting staff to projects based on business needs and individual skill sets. Monitoring staff assignments and availability through internal systems and maintaining regular communication with the team. Collaborating with regional staffing teams to manage talent supply and demand at both local and international levels. Liaising with other HR functions (Career Development, Recruiting) to ensure an integrated approach to talent management. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A university degree in economics or humanities. At least 2-5 years of experience in an HR role focused on IT recruiting, preferably in complex corporate environments. Experience in consulting or staffing roles is a plus. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English and Italian. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, autonomous work style with a strong results-oriented mindset.
