PURPOSE OF JOB Supporting in executing efficient, effective and consistent Recruitment activities in order to attract and recruit talented candidates to fill job vacancies in the Market.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY: Creates an outstanding candidate experience from initial candidate contact to job offer that is efficient and aligned with our values. Partners with recruiting team and hiring managers to gain deep understanding of positions as assigned. Utilises global tools, programs and direct recruiting techniques to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for assigned and anticipated vacancies. Supports in working proactively to fill all open positions with qualified candidates. Communicates effectively and proactively throughout the recruiting process. Builds and maintains manageable talent pools in software systems. Screens, interviews and prepares candidate slate on a Country level. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE: A true and deep passion for People and relations. Extensive knowledge of professional English. Willingness to work in a fast and innovative environment. Passion for the IKEA corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people. Willingness to learn how to hire and allocate talent on assignments and projects in an agile way to meet the demands of the rapidly changing business environment. Willingness to learn how to identify, assess, select and hire suitable candidates for a job at IKEA. Open approach and good team-membership attitude.
