Together, we're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their clients' teams on-site.
Locations and work model: On-site in Prague, Czech Republic or Brixen (South Tyrol) in Italy Employment type: Full-time, contractor Remuneration model: Base salary + commissions DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with existing clients Conduct targeted headhunting to identify and approach suitable candidates, even those currently employed Leverage the candidate database to pair the right individuals with clients' vacancies Manage the end-to-end application process, from reviewing applications to coordinating interviews and creating candidate shortlists Provide comprehensive briefings to candidates about job responsibilities, salary, and benefits Prepare resumes and correspondence for submission to clients Facilitate interviews for candidates as per client requests Communicate interview results to candidates Negotiate pay and salary rates, finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates Offer valuable advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training opportunities, and career progression Work diligently to meet and exceed targets related to candidate placements, billed client values, or generated business leads REQUIREMENTS: Showcase 18-60 months of successful experience in recruitment for Pharma/Healthcare industry on the French market as a contractor (e.g.
agency, RPO etc.)
