Job Title: Recruiter (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing) Reporting To: Talent Acquisition Leader, EMEA South Location: Monza, Italy. This is an on-site role Language Requirements: Fluent English & Italian Language skills are essential. Additional language skills would be beneficial Experience requirements: Previous experience recruiting into the Pharmaceutical sector is REQUIRED. How will you make an impact? Working within a fun, supportive, and driven international team, you'll be responsible for recruiting a wide variety of roles for our sites in Italy including manufacturing, operations, commercial, leadership, and corporate positions. This involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes/CVs, interviewing applicants, and referring well-qualified candidates to our hiring managers to meet the goal of attracting and retaining the best talent.
What will you do? Partner with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead the recruitment process for active open positions.Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with hiring managers.Develop and lead the recruitment sourcing strategy.Proactively source talent.Conduct telephone screen interviews with candidates.Facilitate debrief meetings.Coordinate offer approvals and extend offers.Build Talent Pipelines.Actively utilize TA technology to promote our opportunities, Employer Brand & EVP.Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Field HR throughout the process.Participate in projects as needed.How will you get here?
