We have an opportunity for a Recruiter / HR Generalist in Bergamo. Your main challenges will be: Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates' qualifications;Creating a recruitment strategy;Employer branding;Attendance management with related monthly timecard closing;Management of employee master data;HR support for Italy, Spain and Portugal;Main focus in European positions but if needed, the role can help the team globally.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in law, business or related field preferred;Minimum 3 years of experience in the role required;Language skills: excellent level of Italian and Spanish.In addition to competitive remuneration, you will have the following advantages: Hybrid home-office, alternation between remote and office work;Meal vouchers;Flexible working hours.
