Overview
As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and hiring top talent for our VFX studio, working closely with the HR team to ensure smooth recruitment processes and seamless integration of new hires. You'll be responsible for attracting, assessing, and engaging both local and international candidates across a range of roles, from creative artists to technical professionals.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach. Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the studio. Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to offer stage, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. Partner with department leads and HR to understand hiring needs and job requirements for various roles. Build and maintain a strong pool of candidates, both locally and internationally. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in collaboration with the HR team. Support onboarding efforts, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the team. Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the creative, VFX, or technology sectors. Strong written and spoken English skills, essential for communication across teams and with international candidates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and work collaboratively with the HR team. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting in the VFX or creative industries. Familiarity with VFX production roles and DCC software such as Maya, Houdini, and Nuke. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
