- Knowledge of how to implement plans, according to set budgets and goals
- Knowledge of hiring talent on assignments and projects in an agile way to meet the demands of the rapidly changing business environment
- Knowledge of IKEAs corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation
- Knowledge of Italian and English languages, both written and spoken

- Partners with Steering Managers and Hiring Managers to gain unique understanding of positions as assigned
- Communicates effectively and proactively throughout the recruiting process
- Builds and maintains manageable talent pools in software systems
- Analyses data and implements process improvements across the recruitment function
- Fosters and manages effective relations with stakeholders within the country organisation to ensure alignment with sourcing strategies while managing stakeholder expectations
- Integrates the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion approach and knowledge into the recruitment
