Duties Performs and/or assists in operation and maintenance of sports activities and facilities.Ensures all fields and sports venues meet safety requirements directed by FS/SE, Consumer Products safety Commission.Performs field maintenance and set-up includes dragging, mowing, lining and watering fields.Recommends equipment for purchase to sustain and maintain safety standards.Follows game and activity schedules, as well as the rules and regulations to be observed.Types of duties includes accurately and timely filling out incident/accident reports, monitoring the practices and games, maintaining referee/umpire contractor logged timesheets, maintaining set up and clean up procedures according to policies and procedures.Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements Conditions of Employment This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
This position requires satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks in accordance with Air Force and DoD policy, and a Child Care Tier 1 background investigation.
This position has physical lifting requirement which requires the incumbent to complete a favorable pre-employment physical.
This position requires the incumbent to be able to obtain, maintain, and provide evidence of current immunizations this includes annual influenza vaccinations and be free of all communicable diseases.
This position requires the incumbent to possess or maintain a valid state Driver's License to operate vehicles.
This position is subject to a pre-employment drug screen and random testing thereafter.
