Manage and manage telephone requests to support operational staff.
Support cash flow and revenue recording activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Learn to manage the check-in process and follow admission instructionsGreet guests at the entrance and receptionAssist guests with Internet access requirements, baggage placement, shower reservationsAssist in promoting the various services and facilities of our airport lounges to customersTake care of lost items and related documentationManage confidential information, including guest logs, with a high degree of integritySupport in answering the telephone line and taking appropriate immediate measuresMaintain accurate records including cash flows and receiptsCooperate and work as a team to develop, implement, maintain and improve the quality management systemPerform other work as assigned from time to time by supervisorJOB REQUIREMENTS Outgoing, presentable with good interpersonal and communication skillsGood command of spoken and written EnglishAble to work in a team and under pressureShift work MON/SUN on 40HPlace of work: Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci Airport, Rome· Extracurricular internship paid with meal vouchers
