Responsibilities Contribute to the organization of corporate events for Philanthropy, ERG groups and volunteering Basic service and welcome activities at the Reception Management of hiring and resignation badges EHS activity support Receives and greets customers and other visitors. Directs them to the appropriate place or employee. Issues control badges; records arrivals and departures. Operates a telephone answering system directing callers to the appropriate receiver. May have responsibility for company voice mail, general faxing. Uses computer to perform clerical duties.
