Receptionist - Milano Romana - Urgent Hiring

YellowSquare is urgently looking for Receptionist for their brand new Hostel in Milano - Porta Romana.

Reception:
- Dealing with bookings;
- Completing Check-in and Check-out procedures;
- Preparing bills and taking payments;
- Dealing with special request and answering questions;
- Dealing with complaints or problems.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in similar role
- Teamwork: ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;
- Flexibility: working time and hours;
- Excellence in customer service;
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English;
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
Any other language is a plus.
