Commercial Real Estate Division (REL) is a business line of Global Banking (GLBA). REL is responsible for providing financing solutions for professional investors investing in office, logistics, retail, hotel, and other real estate (including multifamily, student accommodation, and nursing homes). Beyond its client base, REL has extensive relationships with real estate brokers and appraisers, rating agencies, debt providers and investors, insurers, and lawyers.
Desired start date - as soon as possible Tasks and responsibilities: Underwriting and structuring of commercial real estate structured finance transactions including leading the cashflow modelling.Assisting in the structuring and execution of real estate commercial mortgage loans, including participation in the redaction of written documents such as marketing pitches, termsheets, and credit applications, and actively participating in any marketing effort.Participating, in close collaboration with appropriate bank distribution forces, in the distribution of commercial mortgage loans through the syndication market or alternative routes using debt capital market techniques or ad-hoc structures based on debt investors' specific requirements.Monitoring of deals in the book.Maintaining close contact with the CRE market and developing a clear understanding of real estate asset management strategies.Interacting with clients under the supervision of Senior Front Officers during the execution phase of transactions.Ensuring full compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory obligations.Participating in the origination of Real Estate advisory mandates.Conducting risk analysis and understanding all issues relevant for each transaction (context, aim, constraints related to the assets and/or the legal and tax environment).Performing financial analysis and modelling of the considered projects.Profile required Studies & experience:Bachelor/Master degree from a top-ranked business and/or engineering college.Any Commercial Real Estate specialization is welcomed.At least 1-2 years' experience in structured financing in banks, insurers, and/or private equity funds.Language skills:English: C2Italian and/or Spanish: B2Technical, operational & soft skills:Professional command of MS Office.Understanding of the loan market, its dynamics, and the related instruments, including credit and rates derivatives to propose relevant financing solutions.Capacity to generate pitch material that is clear, structured, compelling, and comprehensive in addressing clients' needs.Responsibility.Flexibility and responsiveness.Ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships.Commercial acumen and persistence in addressing clients' needs.Proactive approach to develop business adapted to clients' and markets' needs.Innovation.Very good ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.Very good communication skills.Team spirit.Why join us
