Overview The candidate shall support the Real Estate Team Senior Team members in all aspects of activity including real estate and portfolio analysis, management, reporting and administration.
Responsibilities Work as a Real Estate Junior Asset Manager within the real estate team specialising in implementing the agreed value maximisation for various asset classes real estate owned by our clients.Implement asset management strategy reviews including hold/sell models.Support the pro-active coordination of external providers on behalf of your line manager and aligned to the approved strategy.Review and update monthly operating budgets.Prepare and update internal models and memos.Review external appraisal reports and provide qualitative and quantitative analysis on their contents.Participate in the preparation of the real estate business plans and quarterly reporting documents for separate assets.Update and prepare mark to market models and capital commitment schedules.Understand various real estate related documentation and prepare Excel models.Analysis of potential acquisitions on behalf of REOCOs or REIFs.Qualifications The candidate must have excellent organisational and numerical skills, at least 24 months experience in the financial and/or Real Estate sector.
Additionally:
Proficiency in Italian (C2 CEFR) and fluency in English (B2/C1 CEFR).Strong educational background, accounting or real estate working experience.Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.Exposure to financial modelling and discounted cash flow analysis.Strong interest in Real Estate.Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.Must be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Well-developed quantitative and analytical skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Understanding of Real Estate valuation concepts highly desirable.Additional information BCMGlobal Italy S.r.l promotes diversity and inclusion.
