Real Estate Finance - Relationship Manager

Natixis CIB Milan Branch: Real Estate & Hospitality team - Natixis CIB's Milan professionals offer comprehensive solutions, working alongside the bank's global teams. The Milan branch is a leading bank in the Real Estate market. In Italy, Natixis CIB offers Real Estate and Hospitality financing through a dedicated and specialized team.
As part of the Real Estate & Hospitality team, the candidate will work with junior and senior investment bankers supporting the real estate activities.
Key Responsibilities: Analyzing real estate portfolios/companies together with the relevant marketsCarrying out credit analysesInteracting with the bank's product teams based either in Italy or in other international officesPreparation of C-level pitches & marketing materialsPreparation of briefing notes/internal reporting activitiesMinimum Requirements: Interest in real estate and hospitality finance and investment banking, acquired through studies and previous internshipsCritical thinking, business acumen and strong attention to detailsKnowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and valuation methodologiesExceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an excellent ability to work in teams5 years (at least) experience in banking and knowledge of commercial real estate analysis and valuationFluency in both English and Italian (written and verbal) is essential
