Description: As part of the Real Estate department, the Asset Manager is responsible for managing and marketing the various types of real estate assets that the company manages, in collaboration with other internal areas. This position can be based in the offices of Rome or Milan.
Responsibilities: Monitor the various stages of the life cycle of assets, aiming to maximize asset value. Manage relationships with clients/investors, regularly informing them of the Business Plan and communicating relevant changes. Coordinate internally to address client requests. Work with the advisory area to explore new and existing market opportunities, supporting Real Estate Due Diligence. Plan and operate real estate activities for the assets under management. Prepare assets for market entry, achieving business plan goals. Ensure all assets are properly registered in internal and external systems, with appropriate valuation and quotation. Prepare and perform internal and external asset reviews. Act as a focal contact point for clients, coordinating necessary actions. Report to clients about portfolio status and business plan, communicating relevant changes. Select brokers, analyze their performance, and take action as needed. Qualifications: 5 or more years in the field of Real Estate, either from developers, construction companies, servicers, or banking entities. Degree in Management, Real Estate, or similar. Fluent in English (C1). High proficiency in Office package, especially Excel. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage pressure. Client-oriented with a focus on identifying and satisfying client needs. Ability to organize and plan effectively. Teamwork skills.
