The Real Estate Analyst will deal with:
Analyze and study the real estate market based on defined KPIs; Profile luxury properties according to technical and commercial features, also for comparative analysis; Manage all the process aspects aimed at acquiring a sales mandate; Produce analytical reports. What we offer

Requirements
The candidate will have to demonstrate a strong interest in the real estate market, as well as ambition to undertake a commercial path oriented to luxury properties sale. The requirements are as follows:
Degree in economic and financial disciplines with a degree grade of not less than 100/110; Excellent written and oral knowledge of Italian and English (or another second language); Good commercial, negotiation and communication skills; Familiarity with main IT software; Proactivity, flexibility, analytical skills and good executive autonomy; Integrity and reliability. Knowledge of the dynamics of real estate and luxury markets will be considered a plus during the application evaluation.
