KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prospect for new properties using Italy Sotheby's International Realty marketing tools.Establish and nurture a strong network of contacts, including prescribers, partners, and opinion leaders.Conduct high-end residential real estate property assessments within the agency sector.Organize and facilitate property viewings.Negotiate transactions while safeguarding the interests of all parties involved.Provide guidance and support to buyers and sellers throughout the sales process.Analyze the real estate market and stay abreast of industry trends.Participate in team meetings.MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Strong collaborative skillsReal Estate LicenseFluency in English and knowledge of German is a plusExceptional listening skillsRigorous work methodologyAutonomy and a strong sense of responsibilityExcellent presentation skillsDiscretion
