- Reporting to the Senior Manager RM Procurement, the Raw Materials Planning and Procurement Coordinator will manage the metal hardware raw materials buyers team ensuring that the purchasing strategy is applied and developed, while monitoring existing materials stock and raw materials excess.- Whit his/her team, he/she will manage a wide portfolio of suppliers getting in touch with them to assure the delivery dates are accomplished and to deliver the best service level for the business.- He/she will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including Research and Development team, Product Development, Global Sourcing and Raw Material Engineering.**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To develop and implement procurement processes to ensure the nest service level for the business
- To manage Suppliers' portfolio to create production and delivery plans in line with business goals
- To coordinate Raw Materials orders based on company needs and business critical path
- To monitor supply issues, advising on risks, priorities and mitigation plans, in collaboration with supply planning and production department
- To monitor and report overall materials and components stock level and leftover/excess
- To manage inventory issue and minimize any potential stock risk
- To partner with materials development team and materials engineering team to understand material readiness
- To build and control Suppliers' capacity and production plans
- To report on Suppliers' performance and service levels (On Time Deliveries, Quality KPI's, etc)
- To monito Suppliers' capacity and highlight capacity constraints with a problem solving attitude
**PERSONAL PROFILE**
- Knowledge of Supply Chain and continuous improvement principles
- Knowledge and experience in metal hardware Supply Chain sector
- Management Engineering Master's Degree is a strong plus
- Good level of English
- Good expertise in MS Office and Stealth
- Good communications and problem solving skills
- Organised, efficient and delivery focused
