Raw Materials Planning ensures smooth availability of materials for the production in the plants by the preparation of raw materials delivery schedules, ordering the deliveries and supervision of the complete raw materials supply processes.
The preparation, the promotion and implementation of new tools and solutions in to order to optimize (economical and logistics aspects) the process of the order, the transport and warehousing of raw materials.

FIXED TERM POSITION MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Core process of raw material planning Consolidate inputs for gross requirements:
Collect and consolidate inputs needed for total gross requirements.
Gross requirement calculation.
Calculate net requirements.
Planning new orders and review the requirements periodically.
Create scheduling agreements, collect the confirmations of the deliveries.
Monitor inbound deliveries, warehousing and ensure material availability.
Interact with other involved departments (Production, LSCM, Technical Service, Quality, RM Warehouse, Environment and others) and external cooperative companies (transport, warehousing, port, public and tax institutions).
Based on available RM consumption data in tactical horizon (up to 18 months) and strategical horizon (up to 3 years) calculate RM volumes necessary for production.
KPI:
Zero production stops ormiss production due to lack of raw materials.
Raw materials stock (total and per categories) according to the targets Raw Materials Plant Coordinator Take care of inventory quality, expired and blocked material status.
React in case of significant delays in the deliveries.
Point of contact for other departments, in case of issues.
Collect needed information at the plant level.
Monitor goods issue and receipt processes vs. previous plans.
React to the changes in the specifications of the compounds and tires.
Manage the incidents.
Define the critical materials for the plants and pay special attention to them.
Support Production Planning in their processes, especially in external mixing processes.
Take part in the internal and external audits.
Organize and attend to the meeting with the suppliers.
Point of contact at plant level for invoice verification.
Follow up shortages and issues.
Arrange materials for the test of new RM.
Follow up shelf life of materials and follow up actions.
Support Finance in budget calculation.
Track Saveso stock and locations.
Manage the related procedures.
Cooperate with Quality and Raw Material Warehouse in Vendor Quality Rating.
Manage Quality Problem Reports.
Coordinate the cooperation with the consignment warehouses.
Support other plants in case of the shortages.
KPI:
Deliveries on time of raw materials and compounds.
Optimize the process of the deliveries, internal movements and warehouse to guarantee the keeping of the production according to the plan.
No premium freights.
OTHER ACTIVITIES Be the center of competence in Raw Materials supply and compounds supply processes for other departments and BSEMIA entities.
Advise and correct actions taken by other entities in raw materials area.
Support Raw Material Planning Manager in daily and strategy operations.
Report on regular basis and "on request" for internal purpose and for the suppliers.
Organization and contracting of logistic processes for the deliveries of raw materials and external compounds (transports, warehousing, repacking operations and so on).
Maintain SAP parameters for raw materials and compounds.
Define and maintain safety stocks by taking part in strategy building.
Take part in the projects and the implementation of the new tools / software.
JOB REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION:
Master Degree - Economy, Management, Logistics or relevant PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
