Please apply only if you are open to this type of contract arrangement.ResponsabilitàKey Responsibilities:Payroll ManagementEnsure timely and accurate payroll processing, in full compliance with local laws and company policies.Manage employee benefits, deductions, and tax reporting.Maintain precise payroll records and generate required reports.Coordinate with external payroll providers to ensure smooth operations.HR AdministrationMaintain up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and local labor laws.Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.Assist with contract management, renewals, and amendments.Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.Compliance and ReportingEnsure adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and company standards.Prepare and submit regular payroll, headcount, and HR reports for management.Participate in audits and resolve discrepancies as necessaryFunctie-eisenQualifications:Proven experience as an HR Administration and Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and tax regulations.Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or above); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Excel.Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.We look forward to welcoming you to our team!La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
