Functieomschrijving Randstad Italy SpA, on behalf of Huawei Technologies Italia Srl, a leader in technological innovation, is looking for an HR Administration and Payroll Specialist  to oversee and streamline payroll processes and HR administrative functions, ensuring a seamless experience for our employees.
This is a maternity cover position, offering a great opportunity to make a meaningful contribution during a fixed-term contract. If you have a solid HR background, exceptional attention to detail, and fluency in English, we would love to hear from you!
Location : Milan, Italy
Contract Type : Full-time, one-year maternity cover
Salary :  27,000 - 30,000 per year
This position is offered through Randstad Italia SpA, an outsourcing partner for Huawei Technologies Italia Srl. Please apply only if you are open to this type of contract arrangement.
Responsabilità Key Responsibilities: Payroll Management
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, in full compliance with local laws and company policies. Manage employee benefits, deductions, and tax reporting. Maintain precise payroll records and generate required reports. Coordinate with external payroll providers to ensure smooth operations. HR Administration
Maintain up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and local labor laws. Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates. Assist with contract management, renewals, and amendments. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits. Compliance and Reporting
Ensure adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and company standards. Prepare and submit regular payroll, headcount, and HR reports for management. Participate in audits and resolve discrepancies as necessary Functie-eisen Qualifications: Proven experience as an HR Administration and Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and tax regulations. Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or above); proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Excel. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. We look forward to welcoming you to our team!
