FunctieomschrijvingRandstad Italia is currently recruiting aCSA Customer Application Engineer for a client operating in the oil & gas industry based in Florence.
The Customer Application Engineer is a key role in the Commercial Service organization being responsible for defining, preparing, and managing the technical portion of the Long-Term Service Agreement proposals.The job holder will work closely with the regional commercial team as a key partner in the strategy development to create the most competitive and winning proposal.ResponsabilitàResponsibilities:analyze technical specifications from Customers;define and prepare the service Scope of Work;ensure accurate cost control, and managing technical risks;estimate OPEX costs for existing and new technologies;collaborate with commercial and sales teams to optimize proposals;support negotiations with customers on technical aspects.Functie-eisenRequirements:Bachelor s degree in technical field from an accredited college or university;0-4 years of industry experience in roles like Project Engineer, Design Engineer, Application Engineer, Project Manager;fluent spoken and written English;traveling with short notice.
