Radiology Informatics - Tech Lead (Technical Project Manager) Apply locations Genoa time type Full time posted on Posted 4 Days Ago job requisition id 539753 Job Title Radiology Informatics - Tech Lead (Technical Project Manager) Job Description Tech Lead: Being part of our Radiology Informatics (RI) international project delivery team, focused on the European region, you will become a reference for technical project governance and technical resource coordination on the delivery of Radiology Informatics (RIS-PACS) solutions to customers. You will be working in tight contact with Project Managers, Strategic Business Architect, Sales, Delivery Engineers, and R&D teams to ensure solutions are delivered according to specifications and quality standards as well as on time and budget targets. You will be engaged in large scale and complex projects, such as regional solutions, large strategic programs, and key customer management. Your role: Lead product adoption and optimization during and after implementation, ensuring alignment of people, processes, and technology. Coordinate technical delivery teams and serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, addressing concerns and driving timely issue resolution. Support Project Managers in maintaining the Statement of Work, managing schedules, and ensuring resource alignment across teams. Oversee Go-Live operations, manage solution changes, and ensure smooth handover to service operations. Foster continuous improvement by sharing best practices globally, enhancing methodologies based on feedback, and representing Philips professionally. You're the right fit if Educational Background & Experience: Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field, coupled with at least 3-5 years experience in project management, technical team leadership, and technical resource coordination. Project Management Expertise: demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex projects, good knowledge of Project Management methodologies such as PMI or Prince 2 and Agile methodologies (SCRUM master certification will be considered a plus). Technical Proficiency: Proficient in the ITIL framework and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL), with strong SQL knowledge. Basic programming skills (preferred: Perl, Python, PHP, .NET). Expertise in Windows Server OS and intermediate knowledge of Linux/Unix OS. Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, including Hyper-V, VMware, servers, storage, and cloud technologies (AWS is a plus). Advanced knowledge of computer networks, including TCP/IP, switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers. Effective communication: good communication skills, experience in creating status summary reports and writing technical documentation, written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to motivate multi-functional teams and foster collaboration.
