We are looking for anProject Leader Bodyto join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to theto theProduct Line Chief Technical Engineer.
Your mission will be to manage the activities of the product line that are required for their task area throughout the entire product life cycle.
You will be responsible for meeting all specified targets related to design, engineering, deadlines, costs and quality for the project within their technical area. You will have corporate responsibility for the platform contents. You will initiate the appropriate corrective actions if targets within your area of responsibility are endangered.
Your assigned activities will be:
Responsible for supporting the CTE in the definition of technical and product requirements within his/her technical area and respective achievement
Accountable for reaching targets on direct costs, investments and supplier development costs within his/her technical area, supported by Finance SET members
Responsible for tracking and managing overall components timing
Accountable for deciding for target deviations within his/her delegation of authority, escalating to Product Line in case of conflicts or deviations outside his/her delegation of authority, preparing underlying analyses for decision
Responsible for achieving defined body components targets
Responsible for Product Conformity according to the Compliance Risk Assessment
About you
University degree in Engineering
At least 5 years of experience
Background in technical roles (focused on body field) and/or project management field
Technical knowledge on body systems (BIW, exteriors, interiors) and product development
Time and costs management
Development and Production processes
Project Management
Fluent English and Italian, German will be considered a plus
Fully proficient in English, German as a plus but not mandatory
Self confidence
Flexibility (modifications, re-planning, coordination with other units)
