The team is considered a pillar of the technical business area and you will be an integral part of the development process facing a wide range of technical challenges to tackle.
Be ready for a dynamic environment!If you are as passionate about changing the world as we are then you are in the right place!What role will you play in building a green hydrogen future?Coordinate a team of engineers and technicians with various backgrounds during the testing campaign, delivering results in scope and in time.Review test plans and test reports, ensuring robust documentation upon experimental activities.Report and collaborate with the Head of RD on the testing activities and the follow-up actions derived from those results.Actively contribute to product development with your knowledge and insights on functional requirements.
Support Quality and Customer support departments on internal NCs and RCAs.Continuously develop testing processes and rigs in accordance with new products, ensuring long-term plans on testing facilities.Interface and communicate proficiently with other teams and departments as the RD Testing Team is one of the most interdisciplinary teams in the company.Bring your critical solution-oriented approach to daily problems.What do you need to help make our goals a reality?At least MSc in Engineering disciplines, with sufficient knowledge of chemistry and electrochemistry.At least 5 years of professional experience in product development, with proven industrial experience in RD departments.
