The team is considered a pillar of the technical business area and you will be an integral part of the development process facing a wide range of technical challenges to tackle. Be ready for a dynamic environment!If you are as passionate about changing the world as we are then you are in the right place!What role will you play in building a green hydrogen future?Coordinate a team of engineers and technicians with various background during the testing campaign, delivering results in scope and in time.Review test plan and test reports making sure to create robust documentation upon experimental activities.Report and collaborate with the Head of R&D on the testing activities and the follow-up actions derived from those results.Actively contribute to the product development with your knowledge and close sights on the functional requirements. You will also be supporting Quality and Customer support departments on internal NCs and RCAs.You will continuously develop testing process and rigs in accordance with the new products developed, ensuring long-term plans on the testing facilities.You will interface and communicate proficiently with other teams and departments because the R&D Testing Team is one of most interdisciplinary team in the companyBring your critical solution-oriented approach to daily problems.What do you need to help make our goals a reality ?At least MSc in Engineering disciplines, with sufficient knowledge on chemistry and electrochemistry.At least 5 years of professional experience in product development, with proven industrial experience in R&D departments.
