A REGULAR DAY AT WORK / MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The position as R&D Food TTS is responsible to drive the R&D process development in according to serviceability and field test result, create documentation along the product development phase ant train service manager when the product is available in the market
Reporting operational to BA Food Product Support Manager
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the R&D development on:
- Drive R&D process according serviceability target and field test result.
- Drive R&D process according to potential accessories, consumables and detergent business.
- Organize Field test activity, collect field remarks (if any), verify product conformity according to spec.
and quality target.
- Prepare service manual (basic material for future Service training) along product development phase
- Prepare spare parts catalogue for any new product developed
- Train service manager and service technician on how to repair product
- Train field on water treatment and use/dosage of detergent in our product
Support customer care on:
- Solve critical field cases where R&D intervention is required also with regards to bad washing results.
- Support Technical Help Desk department on field question.
- Prepare Technical Bulleting for all new field technical solution
- Train field on water treatment and use/dosage of detergent in our product
Support together with R&D BA Food Product Support Manager company strategy with proper tools and processes.
Contribute to create best practices and continuous development delivery.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or technical degree (mechanical, electrical, chemical)
- Mechanical and electrical competence will be a plus
- Chemical competences will be considered a plus
- IT knowledge: Illustrator, word, excel, 3d cad will be a plus
- Attitude in team management, identification of priorities, driving activities and taking decision based on data analysis.
- Capability to influence decision.
- Structured in organization and planning
- Available to travel globally and open to adapt with different cultures
- Strong communications skills and ability to explain and report in a transparent way
- Languages: fluent in English (working language).

Impacting on: SCR, Warranty Cost, Quick answer to Customer Care and Service managers, Precision in project timing task
Main Interface: Product Development Teams, R&D functional Teams, Product & Marketing, Global Operations, Quality in Field, Customer Care, Logistics, Spare Operation
