The Color services specialist is accountable for managing the timely support of business goals and objectives for the Product Systems team. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding the stated requirements for turnaround time on team projects. This position is responsible for implementation, training and support of the Aurora global color system for Industrial Wood/General Industrial facilities, customers and distributors in the EMEAI region. RESPONSIBILITIES -Implement Aurora color matching system at Sherwin-Williams facilities and labs and external customers -Provide support and troubleshooting to internal and external customers who will use the Aurora system -Provide support for the Global Blending solution- including training and Help Desk services -Train internal and external users on the Aurora system and color matching best practices -Contribute to project plans and updates regarding the status of Aurora rollout at facility and customer locations -Create, update, and translate user guides- leveraging current communication tools including SharePoint and Brand Live -Work with Marketing, Technical and Facilities to accurately configure products according to product specifications and performance requirements as defined -Provide day-to-day administrative support in Aurora- including setting up organizations, user accounts, updating user locations, etc. -Responsible for timely product configuration in Aurora -Support data validation and data coordination activities for ERP and Aurora wave rollouts -Coordinate with business units, lab and 3rd party vendors for new customer installations- including product, hardware and dispensing equipment -Install and connect applicable equipment- spectros, dispensers, scales with Aurora system -Rely information on software needs and provide recommendations on software features based on voice of customer -Interact with data, lab, governance teams, etc. to help close gaps, resolve issues and support customer needs -Coordinate continued education training and recommendations on Aurora system and color matching best practices- including videos and other training material -Train reps on installation and use of Aurora -Liaise with the database team to provide feedback to make improvements or changes to color databases in the Aurora system to support General Industrial / Industrial Wood color match needs -Assist with feature rollout as needed for newly developed features within the Aurora system -Build application expertise through assignment on projects and enhancement request
