Join us as the Head of Digistat Core , where you'll lead our Software Engineering team in designing, implementing, and operating our Digistat software product. Drive timely delivery and ensure process compliance, while supporting customer satisfaction and sales success.
Your Contributions:
Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits. Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team. Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan and design. Develop (as a team), test, and maintain web and desktop-based business applications. (coding is not a required task) Assist in the collection and documentation of user requirements, development of user stories, estimates, and work plans. Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software. Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code. Support the V&V team in the deployment of releases. Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications. Analyze and provide guidance in solving technical and application problems. Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on time and on budget. Provide, as a team, third-level support to business users. Research and evaluate a variety of software products. The Ideal Candidate:
Strong work experience in software development. Experience managing developer teams of more than 3 persons. Understanding of software design and development. Business and technical education, with a Master/Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience/track record in software engineering. Proven technical skills. Language Skills:
Fluent in a minimum of 2 languages, both oral and written (English mandatory). Strong writing skills, able to express ideas clearly in short, easy-to-read texts. Personality Traits:
