Support to the Corporate Grants &, Funding in the monitoring of Monitor and support initiatives of funding opportunities Supports the preparation of the applications and following activities reports Reports periodically on the performance of the activities to the direct manager 4.
Support to Global Project Managers Supports the project management team with administrative-organizational tasks.
Supports in the preparation of specific documents, on timely manner, in collaboration with the Global Project Managers Supports in the planning, execution, and monitoring of specific activities belonging to the R&, D projects, according to emerging needs from Global Project Managers and the Head of PPMO.
Required Qualifications/Skills Bachelor's degree in sciences or equivalent relevant education/experience.
2+ years of previous related project management experience • Knowledge and experience with computers including Microsoft Office Experience with scientific platforms is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English and Italian Basic understanding of pharmaceutical R&, D processes Ability to select, collect, and organize the items in a collection (Curation) Analytical skills, understanding of complex issues, ability to assimilate information quickly Flexibility: strong ability in understanding priorities, sense of urgency and respect timelines Be detail oriented Familiarity with project management tools and language Willingness to learn and grow within the organization Ability to manage relationships with different business units, internal colleagues and third-party vendors.
