**About the Role**:
**Main Responsibilities**:
- identify new raw materials in order to enable the development and or the improvement of half-finished and finished products;
- draft instructions and procedures linked to raw materials and/or specifications of competence;
- prepare, issues and updates the specifications of raw materials of competence;
- analyze the data of experimental testing and taste, and participating to the taste analyses to verify the product preservation;
- cooperate with procurement to support the process of raw material provision in order to have the availability of all necessary materials to do the trial defined and required;
- collaborate with the relevant business units for the constant maintenance of regulatory update;
- provide to product development technical department the support for eventual problems related to raw materials;
- verify the used raw materials possible improvement through the study of technological-productive interventions among suppliers;
- manage R&D projects linked to raw materials and shelf life.
**Who we are looking for**:
- Master's Degree in Scientific Studies (Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Rheology, etc.
);
- Knowledge of raw materials and technology process ( dairy, milk and eggs)
- 2-3 years of experience in similar roles is cosidered as a plus;
Are considered as mandatory for the role:
- open communication attitude;
- teamwork skills;
- availability to business trip;
- high fluency in English (written and spoken);
- MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word);
Are considered as plus for the role:
- knowledge of Fedora Platform;
- organizational integration and network.
