The R&D department is looking for a R&D Project Manager in Monza site (Regular Contract).

Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsFlexibilityAbility to build and maintain relationshipsWhat about the jobProduct Development FCS & Modules, based in Monza, is responsible for the definition of FSS (Fuel Supply Systems) and HSS (High Speed Separators) Module standard for a wide range of application, duty, and fluids in close cooperation with Global Sales and Product Center. The position is based in Monza, Italy and you will report to the Head of Product Development Fuel Conditioning Systems & Modules.
In your role you will:
Drive R&D projects accordingly to budget, schedule and quality targetFocus on product improvement and optimization for cost competitiveness and supply chain optimizationFollow project management procedures (Stage-Gate approach through Alfa Laval standard PROMAL)Coordinate project team and interaction with other peers and expertsHandle planning and monitoring of the activitiesReport progress to management and stakeholdersDevelop and maintain good standard solutions (standardization) together with BUEnsure industry and quality standards are metSupport Order handlers, Sales engineers, Engineers, Workshop and Buyers upon requestBe required to participate in various project teams, which can be cross functionalWhat you knowStrong technical background (engineer will be an asset)Experience (at least 5 years) in the same roleCertification of competences will be a plusUnderstand the basics in the fuel conditioning process on board vessels and about marine sectorAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments and Office package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)What's in it for you?We offer a challenging position in an open and friendly environment where we help each other to develop and create value.
