R&D Product Manager for the development of food blends and stabilizers.

The candidate will be responsible for research to develop blends and stabilizers for the food industry.

Responsibilities: Lead research for new product development. Collaborate with the team to adapt products to market needs. Monitor industry trends and consumer preferences. Test the effectiveness of developed products and make improvements. Document research results and communicate findings to the team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field (food science and technology). Previous experience in food stabilizers and hydrocolloids. Ability to do research independently and work as part of a team. Excellent communication skills. Excellent knowledge of the English language.
