are key factors in the offering (Furniture, Sport, Mountain, Bike, Motorbike, Automotive aftermarket, etc).He/She will be part of the RD product development team based at Technogym Village (Cesena), will interact with all involved competencies and will have the responsibility to both lead external development projects and internal development projects according to the functional and perceived quality requirements, target costs, and deadlines.Your ImpactSupport Product Marketing in defining future product portfolio and related timing and roadmap.Select development/manufacturing suppliers.Select materials and related finishing together with Style Center.Lead project and product setup and address internal/external design and involved competencies in order to achieve expected results in terms of development KPIs (Experience, Perceived Quality, Time, Cost).Lead the product concept definition and the development of the product category Product Accessories and Complements.Execute mechanical design in accordance with technical and reliability specifications, target costs, timelines and the internal design guidelines and applicable standards.Execute the effective dimensioning and the proper material/finishing definition.3D solid modeling, drawings and tolerances definition.Guarantee product and process review with suppliers to ensure manufacturing process setup and optimization.Guarantee product and process review with internal competencies (i.e.
Product Marketing, Style Center, Purchasing, Experimental, Quality, Process Engineering, After Sales).About YouMaster's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Curiosity and passion for Product Accessories and Complements, innovation addicted.Previous experience in executing projects of accessories/product complements.Expert user of 3D CAD systems, preferably PTC Creo 9 and skilled in modeling solids and surfaces.Good knowledge of dimensioning of mechanical parts, materials and plastics and knowing how to conduct analytical structural evaluation/verification.Knowledge of the main manufacturing technologies, processes and cost drivers.Teamwork ability and good communication skills.A personal experience/passion for fitness and/or sport specific disciplines is an advantage.Results and Customer Experience driven with continuous improvement attitude.Proficient in English.Enthusiasm, humility, pro-activity, passion, listening skills and ethics complete the desired profile.Technogym is an Equal Opportunities EmployerTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.
