YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a skilled engineer in the field of electron-less deposition / electrochemical deposition processes. This role involves developing, optimizing, and implementing both deposition techniques for new power technologies development (SiC and silicon based).
Key Responsibilities Are Design and development (DoE) of new metal deposition processesAnalyze and optimize process parameters to improve film quality uniformity and throughputAnalysis and characterization of deposited metallic films by several techniques (XRD, FIB, SEM, AFM, XPS,…)Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, program management, process integration, manufacturing, quality, etc.Maintain accurate records of process parameters, results, and improvements. Prepare technical reports and presentations.Interaction with equipment suppliers for demonstration and new tools evaluationParticipate in IP generation and article publicationsEnsure compliance with safety and environmental regulation of developed processes. Your Skills & Experiences M.Sc. in Chemistry / PhysicsKnowledge of design-of-experiments principlesBasic knowledge in material science (in particular metallurgy and polymer science)Basic knowledge of semiconductor / solid state physicsBasic knowledge of the most common solid state / surface analytical techniquesFluent English knowledgeKnowledge of Office365 appsTeam working attitudeProblem solving skill.
